Fuefuki at the heart of TENJAKU
TENJAKU originates in Fuefuki, within the Kofu Basin of Yamanashi Prefecture. The area lies between Mount Fuji and Japan’s Southern Alps and is central to the brand’s identity.
For its whiskies, TENJAKU uses groundwater drawn from a depth of 250 metres in Fuefuki and naturally filtered through volcanic rock. The brand takes its name from the Japanese skylark.

TENJAKU Gin combines Western botanicals with Japanese ingredients including Yamanashi peach, sansho pepper, yuzu and tea.
Kenji Watanabe and the precision of blending
TENJAKU whisky production places particular emphasis on selecting each component, conducting successive tastings and evaluating aromas. The blending process is overseen by master blender Kenji Watanabe.
Blended whisky, pure malt and sherry-cask maturation
TENJAKU Blended Whisky combines grain whisky with malt whisky, while TENJAKU Pure Malt Whisky is made exclusively from malt whiskies.
TENJAKU Pure Malt Sherry Cask Limited Edition brings together malt whiskies aged for 3, 5, 8 and 12 years. The blend then completes its maturation in sherry casks for at least six months.

TENJAKU Vodka is made with polished Yamada Nishiki rice and koji and is filtered through birch and bamboo charcoal.
Japanese botanicals, Yamada Nishiki rice and koji
TENJAKU Gin combines more than ten Western botanicals with Japanese ingredients, including Yamanashi peach, sansho pepper, yuzu and tea.
TENJAKU Vodka is made with polished Yamada Nishiki rice and koji. The production process also includes filtration through birch and bamboo charcoal.
